Windows Millenium Shortcuts
All of my new shortcuts i add to the desktop look like a windows folder instead of the programs icon even when i change the icon appearance it still looks like a windows folder with a timer in the center how do i get them to look like regular shortcuts again

get a copy of tweakui from microsoft it has an option to rebuild the icon cach file witch i think has become corupted on your computer
