explorer "home"

Everytime I open file explorer, it goes straight to my windows files, is there anyway I can stop/change this on win 98se? I would like it to go just to the c drive.

Right click on the icon/link.
Select Properties.
In the target link, put this: %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,c:

I open my file explorer by right clicking on my start button, where would I find the properties for it?

Hmm, that one would require registry editing.
How about putting a link in the quick launch bar instead?
I can't find the reg entry, no win98 box here to test it on, sorry.
