WinXP Startup problem

For some reason whenever i boot my computer (Which isn't often, i leave it on all the time) it insists to check the file systems My D partition, sometimes more.

Any ideas?

I have let it finish a number a times, but keeps coming back over and over again.

Also, i haven't checked any boxes or messed with any settings for awhile, and it has never done this before.
