Win. 98 Shutdown
I am running windows 98 on my system and I just installed Nero Express it works fine but now when my computer shuts down it doesnt shut down completely like it use to , it just stays at the windows is shutting down screen. How can I resolve this issue, I would like it to turn off when I shut it down............
