I have Windows Xp Pro on cd, and read in other forums that to load xp the easiest thing to do is to change the bios setting to boot from cdrom. How do you do that?
all help is greatly appreciated. |

Hello,
All you do is go into your BIOS, and change the boot sequence. Make CD-ROM your primary boot device. 1. CD-ROM 2. Floopy 3. IDE(Hard Drive) After you install your OS, you can change it to IDE being #1, so it doesn't lag for looking at the CD-ROM or the floopy. Hope that helps! |
