Keep getting "Program not responding" boxes when I shutdown
For some inexplicable reason I seem to be getting these " Program not responding" boxes when I shut down my machine. I haven't added or removed anything lately. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this and how I can fix it". Thanks.

that comes from a program that has locked up for some reason.
what is the operating system your useing |
