right click on folder for dos directory?

In my class today, the professor mentioned about a trick which he forgot how to do, but you can right click on a folder then go to dos, and it will start on that folder's directory... anyone knows how to do that?

example.
if the folder is in c:\temp\folder

if you just open dos from run or start, it will display the default which is c:\documents and settings\name

So, to make thing easier, say you right click on the folder, select dos, then the dos windows will appear with the directory c:\temp\folder.

Hope this is not too confusing.. By the way, he did mention that it has something to do with windows power tool or something like that.

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP

Open Command Window Here

"This PowerToy adds an "Open Command Window Here" context menu option on file system folders, giving you a quick way to open a command window (cmd.exe) pointing at the selected folder."
