OK thats a start.

So when does this error show up?

Please be as specific and detailed as possible as this will help the guys here solve this issue. Start right from the begining after installing XP.

Check event viewer and look for error logs. If you find any, which you should, copy paste them here and maybe we can wade through it.

are you running kazaa while this pops up, because i have seen systems that have this pop up at the start up when kazaa is running at the start as well. if kazaa starts with the computer, disable it and see if you still get the error.

hope that helps

Have you installed updates? I had that error yesterday after installing some updates but after a reboot everything worked fine.
