Question Shutdown NT using Command line

Dear Friends,

I want to shutdown NT server in my absence using a Scheduler at specified time. Scheduler is availble in Windows NT but I do not know whether any command can be used to shut down NT.
Can any one help me?

The program that tech1 mentioned is included in NT. You should be able to click start, click run and type

shutdown -i

that should bring up the gui version where you can choose the different options.
