IE has caused invalid page fault in SHDOC401.DLL

Hello,
I am having problems with IE, Window 98 SE. When I click on "file" and go to "New" and to "Folder" that is when I get this Error message:

I have ran IE Repair tool and has not fixed the problem... so I could use some help...Thanks....

I have found info that it is related to Hotbar which is spyware... try running AdAware 6 and remove any spyware it finds.
