Restricting users

I'm usesing windows 2000.
On my first two partitions I'm given the option to restrict users, but on the third I'm not. How do I make it so that I can restrict users on the third partion ? People keep deleting my homework

no, if i convert it will I be able to restrict users?

yes ntfs is a secure file system and will give you the option to restrict users i take it that your other 2 partitions are ntfs as well
