office xp ruined

I AM SUCH AN IDIOT!!! I went and ran a cleaning program and STUPIDLY deleted my data.bak file needed for my Office XP programs!!! I can't get it back!!
Th easiest solution would be to just reinstall....But i have NO cd's to do so. My system came preloaded with everything!! I got nothing!!
Is this the type of file that someone could give me or is it different for every system? If its not, could someone please please help me???

Are you on WinXP? Run the system restore.

Hal is right if it came preloaded then you could just restore.
