Part 2: Computer Shuts Down with 2000 installed and Alarm noise

Hi there again everyone!
I recently posted about my computer shutting down and making an alarm noise when I tried to do certain tasks related to installing an OS.

Now, I have win 2000 installed on this computer and I installed Dark Age of Camelot.

When I choose my character and press "play" it says loading.... and it shuts down with the alarm noise.

My specs are as follows:
---
Athlon XP Thoroughbred 2400+ but posts as 1800+
15GB HD
Mach Speed v400 MoBo
2 cd drives
floppy drive
Radeon 8500 Video Card
420 watt power supply
---

Please help me with alternate solutions to fix this besides setting the temp that the computer shuts down, I already set that .

Note: I copied this over from my network.

I then tried running the actual installer from CD and it shut down the comp with alarm noise when I hit the "Install Game" button.

Check your system temperature and if you heatsink has a good connection with your processor, and is clean. I had problems when my heatsink was layered in dust. I cleaned it and everything was fine.
