Pissed line 1445 of the inf file \i386\txtsetup.sif is invalid

Hi guis!
I try to build my own PC.
Every time I boot PC from CD_ROM with WinXP Pro, I have next message:
"line 1445 of the inf file \i386\txtsetup.sif is invalid"
I don't have FDD on this PC, so how to fix it?
Thanks.

A new one for me but from what I`ve been able to dig up I think it is either a CD Rom problem which could be misconfigured jumpers, bad IDE cable , excessive disk vibration, etc. Also, setup could be having difficulty detecting your hardware which could also be misconfigured jumpers, cables, etc.
