mdac_run once

I keep finding this checked under the start up tab in msconfig...anyone know what it is?: mdac_runonce
adaware keeps finding it while I'm on line (at various times)
it resides in the windows/system folder.....

right you are, Gary...
as we all know Microsoft forgetting anything at all is simply unheard of...
(although, Windows DOES have several million lines of code.)
