Boom Going CRAZY - A disk read error occurred

I been trying to fix this and it keeps going in a differn't direction. (Not litterally) Anyway now i get a new error upon boot:

A disk read error occurred
Press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart

I have tryed many things, some like loading Windows XP recovery console and typing CHKDSK and it reported an error and said it fixed it and says it all fine now, but i still get that error upon boot. Every other OS works for me. Also I can't boot into Windows XP, it stops there. Please help me, before i lose my sainity.
