Folders refusing to be moved/deleted
Has anyone come across situations where xp refuses to allow an empty folder to be moved or deleted despite no apparent programs using the folder? I've had situations where, with minimal tasks running, I attempt to delete a folder, it refuses, I leave it overnight, try again and it still refuses? Often the only solution is to reset which can be a hassle. Any insight would be appreciated.

Ya... for whatever reason... the folder and or files are still in use. Usage must be released before they can be moved or deleted.
