I just did a repair of Windows XP, and now I'm getting a different theme, which looks like a Windows 2000 theme. All the boxes and stuff are square (and boring, I might add). Is there any way that I can get the default XP theme back?

Right click Windows Desktop --> Properties --> Themes tab and then there should be a small box to select your Windows XP themes.
I believe when you did the repair that it set your theme to the default of Windows Classic. Simply choose the theme that you like from that drop-down box. Hope this helps!!!

OK Jimmie, once you've translated that I'll be sure to answer it. Until then, all I needed to do was restart the thing and it's back to normal.
