Can't install any programs
Since a few days ago, I cant install any programs on my comp anymore. Before that, I uninstalled PC-cillin, and now I don't even have any antivirus software to check for the problem. I tried using Trend Micro's online scan, but that requires me to download something to make it work, which I can't do.
Anything I could do besides reformatting? I have all my files and program applications on a seperate partition, so it won't be too big of a deal if I did have to reformat my C drive. thank you Dswissmiss |

if have windows xp then try system restore first

And if restore won't do it then try a repair reinstall of XP.
