Load error-ughhhh

I tried to load my digital camera on my 2k partition, and the computer clicked and rebooted. Since that time I recieve a boot error when I start telling me a driver isnt loading correctly.
SYSTEM ROOT\SYSTEM32\drivers\windrvs.sys did not load-reason 0xc000012f
I dont care about loading the camera on this OS if I can get the error taken care of.
I tried to download an updated driver with no luck-any ideas??tia

look for this bit of text
To simply replace your current windrvr.sys driver with the patch from version 5.05b:

Erase your existing windrvr.sys driver (from v5.05 or earlier) from the WINNT\system32\drivers directory.

Download the new evaluation or registered the download links are in the words evaluation and registered

this file has to be part of the installation of that camera,or so it seems to me-I looked everywhere I could edit and remove and cant find it.The name of the company/device in regedit, sysedit,I could find nothing.
I would be just as happy to edit and eliminate as to put the device in use..any ideas?
