Internet Explorer problems
I'm running WinXP and IE6 SP1 and am having some Java problems (I think?). On NFL.com they have a Gamecenter and when I try to go to any of those pages, the page comes up and every few seconds my computer will freeze for 8 - 10 seconds then will respond for about 2 - 3 seconds and the pattern continues. If I close the page, it doesn't go away until I reboot. I thought maybe it was a Java problem so I downloaded "java web start" and now whenever a java applet tries to load, all of my IE windows close. I updated IE (probably for no reason). Any ideas?

I had conflicting versions of JRE, I uninstalled them both and then reinstalled the newest version and the java applets work. Now the only thing weird is that windows flicker while a java applet is runnning. Weird, but I guess I can live with it.
