Unhappy Just installed XP upgrade

I'm having a problem uninstalling Word 2000. I keep getting and error that says,

Error 1606. Could not access network location.
< Common Administrative Tools >.All Users\.

I have also gotten that error when I try to re-install MS Broadband Networking Utility. What's causing this?

I followed the steps in the MS Knowledge Base. It's still giving an error.

Never mind...I was in the wrong registry key. Instead of being in "...\User Shell Folders", I was in "...\Shell Folders".

Moral of the Story: Always read the instructions CAREFULLY!!.
