where is network neighborhood
i am trying to install my new dsl modem, and i need to change my tcp/ip settings, where is the network neighborhood?

You can find it in Start> All Programs > Accesories > Communications > Network Connections.
Or control panel > network connections Or add them to the start menu by going into the taskbar properties, right click on the taskbar > properties > start menu > customize > advanced and add a check mark to show it on the start menu

i need to change my ip addesses, subnet mask, and dns numbers, where can i find that? i dont see it in there. my instructions from cavalier have pictures of win98. thanks

In network connetions right click on your lan connection and then to properties then select the TCP/IP and go to properties.
