is this copy of XP good?
is this copy of xp:
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack SP1a - OEM thats available on newegg.com good? does it come with everything like drivers and stuff or do i need to get the drivers from somewhere? (this might hard for me because the drives i am ordering with the new pc im building are OEM's) |

XP Supports a lot of hardware, but for whatever isn't supported, your hardware, even OEM, will come with the drivers. Even if for some reason it doesn't, you can download the drivers from the net.

that xp-cd will work just fine for you, there will be no problems, when you get the new motherboard , you may need to run the cd that comes with it to set up the drivers for the motherboard, after xp is installed.
