Question placing pictures in Ms word

I have some pictures to paste and there is a lot of text. Everytime I paste a picture, the picture takes up space and no text is next to it. Ho can I paste the picture whrere the text keeps going to the pictures (liike in a book, or website) without the waste of space. I am not sure I have made it understandable. If any problem ask. Thanks

If you are using MS Word, when you insert the picture right-click on it and choose Format Picture, then click on the layout tab and choose a different wrapping style; Tight should be setting what you want.
