Check the monitor for dials and/or buttons. They shoud either bring up a monitor adjustment menu, or just simply make adjustments without the menu.

More specifically, try turning up the brightness and contrast.

Window's 2000 pro

I am sure it's not any monitor adjustments because if you go to display properties/settings and try to change your screen resolution it only allows me to choose 16 bit color and does not allow me to change my pixels. I believe it has something to do with some drivers i am missing, but i am not sure.

Now if i install xp it works and looks fine.
If i try to install 98 and 2000 it just doesnt give me the right color but a faded look. anybody know what i mean?

Thanks for any help or info you can provide.

Malachi
