Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express? If so, in your mail program go to File> Export, and you can transfer your mail list.
Favorites are in Windows. Do Run>Search> and type in Favorites. When you find the file, just copy and paste to the floppy. HTH

Just do a search for your .wab files. Copy them and save them to a disk. If you ever need to import them again, just use the import addresses option in outlook or OE.

One more answer to the oft asked question, "Do I need a floppy on my new build?"

I put one in my new build. I still use floppies for small backups.

Me too, made a list of all my passwords for different sites a while back and I keep that back up on a floppy. Had a crash once and lost it and had to learn the hard way!

Thanks for the tip. I just did a fresh install on a new HDD and I could not remember how to do that!
