I had the good fortune to re format and reinstall all my software.
I can't seem to find the way to get "Favorites" to pop up when I click the Start button. I know this is a simple procedure but I can't find the way. Thank for the help JB

Right-click on the Task Bar, select Properties, then Advanced. Should be some options there to tweak the Start Menu.

An easy way to do it is open Windows Explorer. (Winkey+E)Open C:\Documents and Settings\[user profile]\Favorites.
Then just drag and drop the Favorites folder to your start button. Or as doctorgonzo said, right click on task bar\properties\advanced\advanced (add one advanced click). Your start menu should be opened, simply copy your Favorites folder from your profile to your start menu. Last edited by KHT; 12-10-2003 at 01:10 PM. |
