Question Time on emails getting recieved by outlook are 3 hours behind system time!

what could be the probelm here?!

Using Outlook or Outlook Express? What kind of account is it? POP3, IMAP?

I think it might be a problem with the mail server, but we need more information.

Have you contacted whoever runs the mail server to see if the problem is on their end?
