XP Error

I just got this error which i got a screenshot of and added as an attachment...

...anyone know what it means and why it happened?

How full is your hard drive?
When did you last defrag?
Could the file contain a virus, and it's being blocked from a write because of some other software?
Why are you saving BitTorrent files in such a confusing path/folder?
