XP Processes

This is right after I turn on my computer. It stays around 50% CPU usage. Is there anything I can stop?

Can read up on most the processes and decide for yourself what to shutdown:

Go to this link and Download/Install XP Anti-Spy which will disable a lot of the unneeded services that start automatically with XP, and you will not accidently disable something that is needed.
