Can't Delete Program????
I have this download manager that came with a POPUP Stopper program I downloaded from panicware.com. The download manager is call "Kontiki"
Anyway, I want to delete it. I've tried to use "Add/Remeve Programs, and that wouldn't work. Now I'm trying to delete the file individually, and I keep getting this messages: "Cannot Delete bh304181.dll: Access is denied" I get that error with many or the files in the programs folder also. What the heck? How do I get rid of this program? Appreciate any help here...... RADAR |

Try booting to SAFE mode and see if you can uninstall it from there.

Booting to Safe Mode
Remind me how to get it to boot in Safe Mode. I have two hard drives. 98SE on one. Windows XP Pro on the other. The XP Pro is the one I'm working with to get the program deleted. Anyway, when I boot my computer, it comes to a screen for me to choose which drive to boot into. Not sure how to get it to Safe Mode and boot into XP PRO

Repeatedly hit F8 when you see the logo screen on startup.
