WINDOWS XP ERROR MESSAGE DWHWIZARD.EXE AT MEMORY 0000C4F.

What is this? It happens at startup, I close it and it goes away.
google search netted me a site where membership has a premium. It was the only search result. www.microsoft.com has nothing helpful. Any GUIDANCE TO A SOLUTION would be HELPFUL and GREATLY APPRECIATED

system is dell dimension 4600 series P4 2.6ghz HT technology
512ddr 400mhz 128mb ddr nvidia geforce fx5200 graphics card
40gb hdd xp pro ms office pro norton corporate adobe 6.0 adaware 6.0 winzip. all other factory default software removed.

HEY THANKS; SYMANTEC SAID NO SOLUTION AT THIS TIME.
I BELIEVE THIS IS STILL THE BEST SITE PCMECH.COM
