nt upgrade??

Hi there,

I got a NT 4.0 domain called mydomain.org. I want to
upgrade this domain to Windows 2000 AD and to keep the
mydomain.org name. Is this possible?

I tried to upgrade the PDC to Win2k DC, and during the
dcpromo part I selected "Create a new domain" and "Create
a new forest of domain trees", but when I typed
mydomain.org I got a message saying that this domain is
already on the network and I have to select a new name...

Am I doing something wrong?
