Scrolling is weird
I finally got my replacement motherboard, and it works. I installed XP, and my question is about the scrolling. The scrolling seems slow. It is not one fluid motion, but rather seems like refreshes. It is hard to explain, but does anyone know what to do to make the scrolling smooth?

Powercolour vid card as in your sig?? Check your vid card settings to make sure the AGP is running 8x and not to 0x. I've had some sets of ATI drivers do that and you have to uninstall SMARTGART to get it to work.
