I have no idea, did you install anything recently? Or has anything stopped working? Any changes with your computer as of late?

yes I have run Spybot, ad-ware, and symantec. but the problem remains. My Cd-rw doesn't read my games, it wont load, It freezes my whole system to the point that I can't even re-boot. I have re-installed windows Xp pro, once and well I have run out of options. I have manage to installed some programs and even burn some cds.

frankie385,
I did a Google search for qq.exe and it has something to do with activeX maybe? Whatever this is, it sure is strange. Just keep going through the google pages and see if there is something you recognize. Carl |

Go to the Control Panel>System>Device Manager> IDE,Atapi Controllers> Double Click the Primary and Secondary Controller and click on the Advanced Settings Tab. There make sure DMA is selected.
