when it first loads up there will be a check box in the lower left corner to disable it from doing that
you do not need it to load up every time you start the system
it is just a testing utility to use if your having a problem.

Do you just want to close AsusProbe or are you looking to disable it so it doesn't load at startup?

You can right click on the icon and select "exit" and it should close out.

You could delete the entry from your startup folder within the start menu or uncheck it from your startup config by going to:
start> run> type "msconfig"
and then find AsusProbe in startup applications and uncheck it.

If that's not what you meant, let us know.
