Exclamation blue screen problem?

while i working on my excel file

the computer suddent prompt up the follow error

"stop: 0x00000077 0xc000000e, 0xc00000e, 0x00000000, 0x0026f000)
kernel_stack_inpage_error

Beginning dump physical memory"

what is the problem with my computer. i can't restart my window again. what should i do. what causes this problem

a bad stick of ram will cause that at random times too
