Question on Windows Folder

I wonder if anybody can shed some light on the following.
I have just installed Win98SE on a new PC. In the Windows folder (C:\Windows) there are (amongst others) 3 folders:

1. Favorites
2. Fonts
3. Web

There are no attributes assigned to these folders whereas my original installation (on my other PC) had these marked as 'System' (all greyed out). Is this important. Should the above folders be in fact System folders and has my new installation gone wrong.

Many thanks for any info that you can provide.

Sounds like the "Show hidden files and folders" is selected in Folder Options>View. It's not a problem to worry about.

Cheers guys, thanks for your help. Everything seems to be running ok at the moment so as you say, I will leave it alone for now.

Thanks
