just making sure (a virus issue)
today i updated my internet explorer 5 to internet explorer 6 and when it restarted after it installed, pc-cilin 2002 said it detected a virus called worm_nachi.a (something like that). it said it cannot be deleted but it was quarentened. is it safe after quarentened

That's the MS Blaster worm (or a variant of it).
I think you're safe with it in quarantine, but you have to get the MS Blaster worm patch to keep from getting reinfected. Try running FProt from DOS, it may be able to remove the worm from your system. Take a look at this web page for more info. Cricket
