Bsod!! with win32k.sys

After some gaming of UT2003, there is always a chance of a slowdown or worse, a BSOD (blue screen of death). I suspect the video card, but it also gives the same error message at other, stressful times (ex: heavy ram usage) I tested the RAM for 8 hours (while i was sleeping) and no errors came up in memtest86. the error message is (somewhat accurate):

Stop 0x000008E, (0xc0000005, 0xBf866((something))F3
0xEFFD5C78, )x00000000

BF866BF3 base at BF8000000 datestamp 3F73195D

Of course, this was at 2 in the morning.
Just incase this helps:
Motherboard A7v8x
CPU: athlon 2400+
RAM: I'm not really sure but my friend who sold it to me said it was crucial
pc2100 cl2.5
vid card: Powercolor Radeon 9000 pro
hard drive: WD 80 gig special edition one

Ok.. I have windows Xp Home Edition. When I get the error message again, I'll go record it. But during the time, what problems are generally associated with win32k.sys?

Thank you

I have an ASUS a7v8x regular version. My RAM is crucial micron regular pc2100. The system was fine until the "upgrade" (rather clean install) of windows xp.
