Leek in windows file. NEED HELP!!

Ok, on some site, I accidentally pushed "Yes" on a internet cirtificute thing and it started downloading stuff so I went into CTRL+ALT+DLT and tried to delete every .exe that was running from that. Then I scanned with ad-aware and spybot and found over 300 adware and spyware from that one program. So after that, I restarted my comp and everything that had to deal with a explorer window (i.e. Internet Explorer, My Computer, etc) loaded a minute or two after I clicked it. So I talked with some of my comp buddies on AIM, they both told me it was probably a leak in windows caused by that program. They told me to do a refresh repair WinXP install which I tried. But then I got this error middle-way threw "Installing Devices" on the WinXP installation. A Blue-Screen error, but not like in a comp error, but a BIOS blue-screen error. So after that, I cant even get into my WinXP anymore. After the "Compaq" boot screen (btw I have a Compaq Presario 5000) it would just go to a black screen and not load anymore. I tried to F8 to safe mode, and every other mode, but it still wouldnt load. It would go to something like a console and show what was loading but stop at a certain file. So now every time I try to do any type of WinXP install it says, in a blue-screen bios-type error

"A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000000A (0x0A27000F, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x807C3954)"

So I tried calling Compaq, but since my warranty is expired, they are of no help. They redirected me and told me to call total of 5 different numbers. So thats out of the question. I am on a laptop right now so thats the only way I can post stuff. I finally found out how to get into my bios which is DEL+F2 at Compaq screen. So please someone help me. Tell me what I should do or what I should set in my BIOS. THX to anyone who actually read this entire post and I hope you guys can help me out.

Edit: BTW I tried the Compaq Recovery Disc which basically reformats the computer, but a red error screen entitled "Compaq Recovery CD Error" appeared and "Please contact Compaq Technical Support" is in the middle of the screen blinking in-and-out.

Can you go into safe mode shut down anti virus and disable drivers, and then reboot? See if that works.

It could be hardware related and if the above doesnt work then pull all pci devices and boot it up with just the vid card in it, if it works then add 1 pci device and boot it up again, continue this method until the hardware culprit is found.

No it will not work, and I already pulled out all of my PCI cards. The video card is an onboard P.O.S. so ya...
