Installing Liteon DVD+RW Question

Just installed the dvd+rw drive in the computer. About to install the "my dvd' software that came with the Liteon DVD+RW drive. I noticed on the install disc itself on the lable: "Warning -for windows 2000 and xp users, please uninstall Intell Applicatioin Accelerator (IAA) driver (if installed on the system) beford installing software driver My dvd media suite to prevent a software conflict between IAA and Sonic DLA."

ok, where do I go to see if IAA installed on this system?
Go easy please, this is no tech typing this. Thanks,
Doug

* Expand the 'IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers' entry
* Right-click on the 'Intel 82801xx Ultra ATA Controller'
listing, where xx in 82801xx represents the
controller identified by the 'System Requirements'
section of this document
* Select 'Properties'
* Select the 'Driver' tab
* Select the 'Driver Details' button
* 'IdeChnDr.SYS', IdeBusDr.SYS, and IPrtCnst.DLL
should be displayed if installed

OR

Microsoft* Windows* 2000

* Run 'Start', 'Settings', then 'Control Panel'
* Double-click 'System' Control Panel Application
* Select the 'Hardware' tab
* Select 'Device Manager' button

listing, where xx in 82801xx represents the
