Deleting restore software
I bought a new PC a few months back and it came with the drive partitioned into C: and D: Windows resides on the D: drive and on the C: drive there is a restore software package. During boot up you will be asked whether you want to boot up in Windows or use the restore software ( the default being Windows). I want to remove this software as it does not allow me to recover form any point so I want to use Norton Ghost the image file which I will put on the C: partition. My question is how do I make the PC boot up and give me the option of going to Windows or running the Ghost.exe for recovery ( I am going to uninstall my old recovery software) removing the option of using my old recovery software , I think I need to change a line in the BOOT.INI but I am not sure?
Any help much appreciated.
