One OS boot.ini ?

I have searched the threads about this and think I know what to do but I want to be sure. I want to make my dual boot machine boot straight into XP, can someone paste a single OS boot.ini so I can see what it should look like. Also is it possible to make your second OS be simply an .exe which would run a recovery program?

Someone told me once that if you only want the one OS to delete the one you don't want, then run the recovery option from the XP-Pro CD. I guess to run the recovery console and type FIXMBR.
