Is there a way to tell what processes/software uses what DLL under WIN NT 4.0?

You need "Dependency Walker" - it's in the NT Resource Kit if you can get your hands on a copy.

You can also check out this software site:
http://www.softseek.com/Programming/Process_Viewers/
It lists many programs that let you see which processes are running and what dll's they use.
