Windows downloads

I have a slow dial-up download and am looking for a way to download all the updates for specific OSes and place them on CDs. This way I can do all of my downloads from a broadband connection and then simply install what I need off of CDs.

Right now I am trying to do it for a Win98se installation where the computer is not connected to the internet. All I have been able to find is the auto installer.

Can anyone help me find a way to download all of the updates and save them to a HD?

Try going here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows98/d.../corporate.asp

This lists all (some/most???) of the various updates for 98SE.
Hope this helps.

In windows update, on the left under "other options" goto "personalize windows update". the first option should be to display a link to update files. click save as on the links and save to your HD to later burn to your CD-R.
