how do i access my BIOS?

ive tried restarting my comp and pressing the f8, f10, f11, and the escape button to get to the BIOS screen but it wont work. i was wondering if u guys have any suggestions

i have
motherboard braand: American Megatrends Inc
windowsXP home
intel pentium4 2GHz

Try pushing the Delete button.

American Megatrends Inc., in all likelihood is the BIOS manufacturer; check your mobo manual on how to get into the BIOS.

Try the [Delete] key or [F1]. Those are probably your best bets.

Just a note, [F8] is generally the key used to boot into safe mode.
