cpu uSAGE
Does anybody have a feel for why I could have cpu usage of a consistent 30% when nothing is running? I have isolated processes individually until nothing is running and still I have cpu usage of 30-100%. Pretty bothersome when you are trying to transfer video from a camera and your PC hiccups all the time.

CPU Usage
Nothing, I closed everything one at a time to see where I was having the problem. Nothing seemed to make a difference. I am running a AMD 1.7 GHz processor with 396MB RAM.
