ever heard the terms "TCPA", "fritz" chip, or "Palladium" thrown around? well, now you have. and you need to know what this means for you as a consumer, even as a human being with rights of your own.

personally, i'm sick of microsoft. it's time for open sourced operating systems to reign as the best out there for PC. the article also states that it will be incorporating this Palladium technology into the new version of windows, set to come out in 2005.

also many hardware companies such as Intel and IBM are in on this already...

i'm not telling you what to think, i am simply trying to spread information. take it as you will, but i personally see it as a bad thing. look at it however you want, it's still an invasion of privacy.

one thing's for sure, though. i will be making good and sure that no hardware/software i own contains this technology.
